In the event of cancellation without cancellation insurance, the general and specific cancellation terms and conditions will apply.

For cancellations made after the "J-1" deadline (the day before arrival), the full cost of the cancelled stay will be charged.

Insurance fees will be charged.

In the event of a no-show (without notifying the hotel), the establishment will charge 100% of the reservation cost and apply general cancellation terms based on the impact and loss incurred by the hotel.

Reservation terms
Generally, and securely, the guest authorizes the hotel to charge the cost of the first night to confirm the reservation. Non-refundable reservations will be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation terms
All cancellations must be made in writing (by mail or email), and you must receive an acknowledgment confirming the cancellation.

For reservations made via a website other than the hotel's own, you must cancel using the online procedure specified in the confirmation received from that booking site; the cancellation terms stated on the relevant site will apply.
